I have been a client of Neil's for 5 months, and my miniature dachshund Chilli just loves her lunch time walks.
We began with puppy visits, as she was too small for a long, structured walk, and Neil always made sure that she was fed, watered and played with during the lunch time visit. He always updated me with how she was, especially in the first few visits when everything and everyone was so new to her. Now that she is a bit older, she goes to Cramond during her lunchtime walk and it's fair to say she is well and truly exhausted when she comes home. I get in to a sleepy, but very happy puppy.
Neil has helped Chilli socialise with other dogs, by walking her alongside his own 4 legged friend. Prior to this happening, Neil ensured that I was happy and comfortable with the arrangement, the same stood for when it came time to consider off the lead walks for chilli. Neil always communicates with me around these thing, and respects any requests I've had regarding her walks (she was recently neutered, so we had to scale back the walk to a simply a visit which was not a problem).
Neil is very flexible with his approach to the walks, and on the days when I have had to cancel he has been very accommodating.
I would not hesitate to recommend Neil to anyone looking for a dog walker.
